Terms
Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of the Social Content Desk beta operated by Creative Quest Marketing Inc. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Last updated August 21, 2026
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for protecting access to the computers and third-party accounts connected to the service.
2. Authorized accounts and permissions
You may connect only Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, Canva accounts, websites, and other resources that you own or are authorized to manage. You authorize Social Content Desk to use the permissions you grant solely to provide the requested connection, synchronization, design, scheduling, and publishing features.
You may disconnect Meta or Canva at any time from Connections.
3. Your content and approvals
You retain ownership of content and materials you provide. You grant Creative Quest Marketing a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit those materials only as needed to operate Social Content Desk.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, permissions, releases, trademarks, copyright, advertising disclosures, and platform-policy compliance of content you approve. The checkbox labeled Approved for posting confirms the exact content version reviewed in the application. Editing the caption, media, destinations, or schedule clears that approval and requires a new review.
4. Publishing and third-party services
Social Content Desk sends approved content to Meta or Canva through their supported interfaces. Those services control final availability, review, rate limits, formatting, outages, and account enforcement. A scheduled time is not a guarantee of publication if a provider, authorization, device worker, network, or media requirement prevents completion.
Your use of Meta, Canva, ChatGPT, and other connected services remains subject to their separate terms and policies.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Social Content Desk to:
- access or publish to accounts without authorization;
- violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or platform rules;
- distribute malware, deceptive content, unlawful discrimination, harassment, or fraud;
- probe, bypass, or interfere with security or customer-workspace isolation; or
- resell, reverse engineer, or overload the beta service except as permitted by law or a separate agreement.
6. Beta service and disclaimers
Social Content Desk is currently a beta service. Features may change, integrations may be interrupted, and defects may occur. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or guaranteed publishing results.
Maintain independent copies of important source materials and verify critical scheduled posts.
7. Suspension, termination, and deletion
We may restrict access to protect the service, comply with law, address a security risk, or respond to a material violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service and disconnect integrations at any time. Complete workspace deletion is available through the data deletion process.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creative Quest Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the beta service or third-party platforms. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded is limited to the amount paid for Social Content Desk during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions may be sent to info@creativequestmarketing.com. These product-specific Terms supplement Creative Quest Marketing's general terms and conditions.
