Data Deletion Instructions

Remove content or media yourself

1. Sign in to Social Content Desk with the ChatGPT account that owns the workspace.
2. Open Library and move the content or media to Trash.
3. Open the Trash view and choose Delete permanently.

Trash shows a 30-day review date but remains recoverable until you restore the item or explicitly delete it permanently. Posts already published on Facebook or Instagram must also be removed through the applicable Meta account.

Disconnect Facebook, Instagram, or Canva

1. Open Connections in Social Content Desk.
2. Choose Disconnect Meta account or Disconnect Canva.
3. Confirm the disconnection.

Disconnecting removes the account authorization from Social Content Desk and stops future access. For an additional provider-side revocation, remove Social Content Desk from Facebook's Business Integrations or Canva's connected-app settings.

Request complete workspace deletion

Email info@creativequestmarketing.com from the email address associated with your Social Content Desk sign-in. Use the subject Social Content Desk data deletion and include the workspace or brand names that help identify the request.

We will verify the request and normally complete deletion within 30 days. We will remove the customer workspace, stored brand and content records, uploaded media under our control, paired-device records, and stored Meta and Canva authorizations. We will send confirmation when processing is complete.

Minimal records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or proof that a deletion request was fulfilled. Deletion from Social Content Desk does not delete content already published to Meta, designs retained in Canva, or information independently held by ChatGPT, Meta, or Canva.
