Privacy Policy

Social Content Desk is a multi-brand content planning, approval, scheduling, and publishing service operated by Creative Quest Marketing Inc. This policy explains what the service handles and the choices available to each user.

Last updated August 21, 2026

1. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to operate the features a user chooses to use:

  • Account information: the identifier, email address, and display name supplied by the ChatGPT sign-in service.
  • Workspace and brand information: brand names, websites, descriptions, audiences, offers, background documents, uploaded media, captions, feedback, revisions, approvals, schedules, and publishing records.
  • Meta connection information: the Facebook profile and Pages a user authorizes, Page and linked Instagram professional-account identifiers, granted Page tasks, encrypted access tokens, and social-post metadata or media a user chooses to sync or import.
  • Canva connection information: Canva user and team identifiers, display name, encrypted OAuth tokens, design and brand-template metadata, and exports a user chooses to bring into the Library.
  • Device and service information: paired desktop-worker identifiers, production status, timestamps, audit events, and limited diagnostic information needed to secure and maintain the service.

We do not receive or store a user's Facebook, Instagram, Canva, ChatGPT, or Google password.

2. How information is used

We use this information to:

  • create and isolate each customer workspace;
  • generate, organize, revise, approve, schedule, and archive social content;
  • connect authorized Meta Pages, Instagram professional accounts, and Canva accounts;
  • publish only content that has been explicitly approved for posting;
  • provide account support, maintain security, prevent misuse, and troubleshoot failures; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce the service terms.

Creative Quest Marketing does not sell Social Content Desk personal information.

3. Services that process information

Social Content Desk relies on service providers only where needed to provide the product. These may include OpenAI for ChatGPT authentication, Meta for Facebook and Instagram authorization and publishing, Canva for design authorization and export, and the hosting and storage providers that run the secured application. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

4. Storage, security, and isolation

Hosted records and finished media are stored in access-controlled application storage. OAuth credentials are encrypted before storage. Customer workspaces are separated by server-enforced account and workspace checks. Raw media and local production assets may remain on the customer's own computer when the desktop production workflow is used.

No system can guarantee absolute security. Users should protect their account, keep desktop access restricted, and disconnect an integration if they believe an authorization has been compromised.

5. Retention and deletion

Active workspace data is retained while the account uses the service. Content placed in Trash receives a 30-day review date but remains recoverable until the user restores it or explicitly chooses permanent deletion. Revision and publishing records may be retained to preserve approval and audit history.

Users can disconnect Meta or Canva from Connections, permanently delete eligible content and media from Trash, or request deletion of the complete Social Content Desk workspace by following the data deletion instructions.

6. User choices and rights

Depending on location, a user may have rights to request access, correction, portability, restriction, objection, or deletion of personal information. We may need to verify the request before acting on it. Removing Social Content Desk from Meta or Canva also prevents future access through that authorization, but it does not automatically remove posts already published to those platforms.

7. Children

Social Content Desk is a business service and is not directed to children under 13.

8. Updates and contact

We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to info@creativequestmarketing.com or Creative Quest Marketing Inc., Fort Myers, Florida, United States.
