First-time beta tester walkthrough

Start here and connect your own accounts. Your functional customer workspace is private from the owner and every other tester.

Privacy boundary: brands, media, Meta Pages, Canva authorization, drafts, schedules, and publishing records are server-scoped to your signed-in workspace. Nothing publishes until you approve an exact version and separately publish or queue it.
1

Sign in and confirm your private workspace

  • Open the site or desktop and select Sign in with ChatGPT.
  • Use your own regular ChatGPT account.
  • Confirm the header says Private customer workspace.
  • Confirm no unfamiliar brands or account names are visible.

Stop and report it immediately if another business's data appears.

2

Install and pair the Windows beta

  1. Verify the Setup .exe SHA-256 against SHA256SUMS.txt.
  2. Install only when it matches; this beta is not yet code-signed.
  3. Launch, sign in, and select Pair this desktop if shown.
  4. Choose a folder you control under File → Choose Content Workspace.

The paired producer can claim only jobs owned by this signed-in workspace.

3

Add your own brand

  1. Open Brands.
  2. Enter the brand name, abbreviation, website, audience, offer/services, voice, and call to action.
  3. Select Add brand.
  4. Confirm only your brand appears.
4

Connect Meta and Canva

  1. Open Meta + Canva.
  2. Select Connect my Facebook account, choose only Pages you can manage, map the correct Page to the brand, and select Verify.
  3. Confirm the linked Instagram Business or Creator handle.
  4. Select Connect my Canva account, approve access, and select Sync Canva.

If a provider says the developer integration is unavailable, record the message. The product owner must complete provider review/access; never ask for an App Secret.

5

Create real content

  1. Open Create batch and choose a brand, week, topic, and goal.
  2. Choose 0–10 stills and 0–10 videos; confirm at least 1 and no more than 10 total is enforced.
  3. Create the batch and wait for the local producer, import from Canva, or attach JPG/PNG/WebP/MP4 media manually.
  4. Edit a caption, save a future time, and check Approved for posting.
  5. Change the caption, time, or media and confirm approval clears.
6

Run a controlled live and scheduled test

  1. Use an unmistakable disposable beta post and select Publish now.
  2. Confirm the result on the mapped Facebook Page and Instagram account.
  3. Approve another item with a future time and select Queue for scheduled posting.
  4. Leave the desktop tray app running and confirm the exact approved version posts at the chosen time.
  5. Disconnect one test brand and confirm another verified brand remains usable.
  6. Test Archive, 30-day Trash/restore, and permanent delete on disposable content.
